Marinica Ariton, outgoing sergeant major, 2nd Transportation Battalion, gives a speech during a relief and appointment ceremony on Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Jan. 28, 2022. Sgt. Maj. Ariton served as the battalion sergeant Major for 2d Transportation Battalion from December 2020 to January 2022. During the ceremony, Sgt. Maj. Ariton transferred the position to Sgt. Maj.
