U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Gen. Francis Donovan, 2d Marine Division commanding general, greets U.S. Navy Capt. Daniel Reiher, commanding officer of USS Wichita (LCS 13), during Littoral Exercise I (LEX) aboard LCS 13 on Jan. 25, 2022. During LEX I, Marines and Sailors are experimenting with new concepts and forces to prepare for future scenarios in littoral environments along the East Coast.
