Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of the Congo Général de brigade aérienne Franck Lebe Ngama, Deputy Air Chief, Sous-chef d'état-major de l'armée de l'air, signs a guest book at the Genocide Memorial in Kigali, Rwanda, Jan. 25, 2022. The memorial opened in April 2004 and today the memorial serves as the final resting place for more than 250,000 victims of the genocide. Ngama is participating in the 2022 African Air Chiefs Symposium and the event features a diverse range of workshops as well as cultural activities and is intended to foster more effective military relationships between participating nations.
