Sgt. Terrell Harper, one of the organizing committee for the U.S. Army NATO Brigade’s Martin Luther King Jr. observance, marks the turn-around point for the one-mile march to honor those who participated in the March on Washington on Aug. 28, 1963 to advocate for civil and economic rights for African-Americans. Harper works in the brigade’s G-1 section and hails from Fayetteville, N.C.
