Adalit Dollarhide, an inventory management specialist with 3d Marine Division, participates in Security Augmentation Force certification training on Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan, Jan. 19, 2022. SAF certification requires mastery of key skills to include proper employment of detainee handling and non-lethal weapons tactics directly after withstanding direct contact with oleoresin capsicum, or “OC,” spray.
