U.S. Marines with 1st Radio Battalion, I Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group, coordinate operations during a simulated force on force company level of a field exercise on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, January 11, 2022. The field exercise was held to provide Marines the opportunity to improve their proficiency of reducing radio signatures. The 1st Radio Battalion establishes, operates, and maintains the necessary intelligence information architecture to enable and provide signals intelligence, electronic warfare, and computer network exploitation capabilities.
