YOKOSUKA, Japan - Operations and Information Warfare professionals from Commander, Task Force (CTF) 70 and the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) have a routine meeting in the conference room aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), Dec. 22, to discuss strategic planning and Information Warfare integration.
