General Imad Hassan Bonyan, commander, Electrical Mechanical Engineering Vehicle Repair Facility, as part of the Counter-ISIS Train and Equip Fund (CTEF) program at Al Asad Air Base, Iraq, Dec. 15, 2021. The divested items, intended to assist and enable partner forces, included vehicle repair parts, tires and various engineering equipment.
