201218-N-TL932-1199 U.S. 7TH FLEET AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY (Dec. 18, 2021) Naval Aircrewman (Helicopter) 2nd Class Ancent Devera, a native of Honolulu, Hawaii conducts a dry rope exercise with Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Stockdale (DDG 106) while flying in an MH-60S Sea Hawk, assigned to “The Black Knights” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 4, Dec. 18, 2021. Carl Vinson Carrier Strike Group is on a scheduled deployment in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations to enhance interoperability through alliances and partnerships while serving as a ready-response force in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
