A team of Large Scale Combat Operations subject matter experts from NCOA-Rucker conducted briefings for the Air Force's Gunter NCOA in Montgomery, Alabama yesterday.
With SFC Nicholas Allen in the lead, the training helps improve readiness and create a more lethal NCO Corps within the Joint Force to meet the challenges of LSCO in the multi-domain operational environment. The team shared lessons learned - creating shared understanding, enhanced tactical and technical expertise, while also building camaraderie and spirit de corps.
