U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Hector A. Espinoza, a rifleman and security force training course instructor with Marine Corps Security Force Regiment Training Company, fires a C8 carbine rifle while conducting low-light engagement drills during exercise Tartan Eagle Phase II, Northumbria Police Range, Wallsend, England, Dec. 12, 2021. The range allowed British Royal Marine close-quarters battle (CQB) instructors to introduce various shooting techniques to the U.S. Marines and test their proficiency in enemy engagement with limited lighting.
