Members of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (Koku-Jieitai) check out U.S. Air Force C-130J Super Hercules during the 70th Anniversary of Operation Christmas Drop at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Dec. 6, 2021. OCD is the Department of Defense’s longest-running humanitarian aid and disaster relief training mission and provides relief to more than 55 islands throughout the Pacific.
