Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services Contingency Overseas Readiness team member Navy Petty Officer First Class Marci Pollard reviews turn in documents with Lawrence Goodson a yeoman-storekeeper aboard the USNS Tippecanoe (T-AO 199). Pollard and the rest of the COREX team deployed to Guam for two weeks in June of 2021 to demonstrate how a team can use prepositioned equipment, set up a disposal site and support military units in a forward deployed area. Inviting real world customers like Goodson to bring in excess property that was no longer needed gave the team property to work making the exercise as realistic as possible.
