Catherine Sison, a critical care nurse assigned to the 32nd Hospital Center, logs a patient’s current condition in Beaumont Hospital, Dearborn’s charting system in Dearborn, Michigan, Dec. 4, 2021. Accurate charting ensures the next caretaker is aware of the patient’s most recent treatments. The medical response team deployed in support of the continued Department of Defense COVID response operations to help communities in need.
