Museum Volunteer Rick Brown, a U.S. Navy Veteran, provides some meaningful interpretation during a guided tour of the Hampton Roads Naval Museum’s gallery for board members of the American Society of Naval Engineers-Tidewater Section. Also pictured are the detailed models of Civil War-Era Ironclads USS Monitor and CSS Virginia, which can be found in the museum’s Civil War gallery. The tour coincided with a donation of funds to the museum and the Hampton Roads Naval Historical Foundation to support their upcoming Virtual LEGO Brick by Brick Shipbuilding event.
