The Army Specialized School Resilience (ASSR) Training Pilot is a four-day mental performance and resilience training. The goal is to prepare soldiers for the mental and emotional challenges that will arise while attending Ranger School, Special Forces Assessment and Selection (SFAS), civil affairs and psychological operations assessment and selections.
