DEARBORN, Mich. -- U.S. Army 1st Lt. Ewekson Tima, an intensive care nurse assigned to the 32nd Hospital Center, scans a patient’s medication to determine what they need for treatment during the COVID response operations in Dearborn, Michigan, Dec. 1, 2021. Ewekson later transfers this medication to be ground down to a powder and easily administered to the patient. The medical response team deployed in support of the continued Department of Defense COVID response operations to help communities in need.
