                            U.S. Army Soldiers from the 135th Medical Company Area Support train Iraqi Army and Air Force medics during a training simulation Nov. 24, 2021, at Al Asad Air Base, Iraq. The 135th MCAS provides training to local Iraqi forces to enable their ability to function as an independent force.
