Lance Armstrong, seven time Tour de France winner, talks to troops at Contingency Operating Base Speicher main gym, Dec. 19. Armstrong talked to the Soldiers, Airmen and Civilians about his experiences in France and how people had called him a hero. He told those gathered that he did not consider himself a hero, but that those serving in Iraq were. COB Speicher was one stop on a USO tour that also included actor/comedian Robin Williams, singer Kid Rock, 2007 Miss U.S.A. Rachel Smith and Grammy Award stand-up comedian Lewis Black.
