U.S. Air Force TSgt Valerie Stephens, a C-17 evaluator and loadmaster assigned to the 517th Airlift Squadron, talks about the virtual-reality training equipment at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Nov. 18, 2021. The use of VR headsets in a training environment gives Airmen the opportunity to work with exact virtual replicas of aircraft and replace flight hours.
