Let's give Staff Sgt. Andrew Noble from the 81st Training Support Squadron a shout-out for being chosen as the Warrior of the Week during this week's staff meeting! As a curriculum developer, Noble is instrumental in the creation and review of training guides for 43,000 Total Force Cyber Airmen. This past year, he was responsible for editing 1,500 learning objectives, assessing 731 training tasks, and converting 12 job qualification standards packages. His expertise laid the framework for training 1,000 personnel and the operation of a $1.3 billion base defense security system. Additionally, he is an active member of the Wing Inspection Team, responsible for identifying 12 changes, ensuring active shooter preparedness and helping accomplish the 81st Training Wing’s first vertical inspection during a readiness review. Noble recently completed his Bachelor’s in Network Operations and Security and begins a Master’s in Business Administration with an Information Technology Management focus this December.
