Tomlinson, right harvests bamboo Nov. 19 on Camp Zama, Japan, with members of the Sagami Giant Kite Preservation Association, Kassaka District. The bamboo will be used to construct giant kites for the Sagamihara Giant Kite Festival, scheduled to be held in May 2022.
