U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Renato Garafalo, a loadmaster with Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 352 (VMGR-352), looks through a window on a KC-130J Super Hercules during a U.S. Personnel Recovery Coordination Center (PRCC) validation exercise over Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Oct. 31, 2021. VMGR-352 tested the ability of PRCC assets to transfer recovered personnel overseas to higher levels of care. The PRCC, in support of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), conducts personnel recovery and casualty evacuation for U.S. and joint partners in East Africa.
