MANAMA, BAHRAIN (Nov. 21, 2021) Chief Air-Traffic Controller Christopher Reed speaks during a chief pinning ceremony aboard a Landing Craft, Air Cushion, attached to Assault Craft Unit Five, in the well deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2), Nov. 21.
