CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (Nov. 19, 2021) – U.S. Navy Chief Master-at-Arms Stephen Dombroski-Ferguson is welcomed aboard as one of the Navy’s newest Chief Petty Officers during a pinning ceremony on Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Nov. 19, 2021. Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ) serves as an expeditionary base for U.S. military forces providing support to ships, aircraft and personnel that ensure security throughout Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
