At an awards ceremony Nov. 17 at the brigade headquarters, Col. Brad Bane, the commander of the 405th Army Field Support Brigade, presented a Civilian Service Commendation Medal to Victor Martinez for serving as the acting director of Logistics Readiness Center Stuttgart from April to October this year. Martinez also received a certificate for 10 years of federal civilian service with the Army.
