Arizona Cardinals mascot “Big Red” and Senior Airman Michael Gray, Jr., 61st Aircraft Maintenance Unit crew chief and mascot “Bolt” stand in front of an F-35A Lightning II Nov. 4, 2021, at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. Luke Airmen hosted Arizona Cardinals alumni and cheerleaders and provided them a base tour to meet and greet with Airmen and visit several units on base. The Arizona Cardinals alumni concluded the day with a youth training camp at Fowler Park. Events such as this strengthen community partnerships by providing a first-hand look of Luke’s mission to train the world’s greatest fighter pilots and combat-ready Airmen.
