CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (Nov. 5, 2021) – U.S. Navy Chief Select Sailors currently deployed to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ) operate the camp’s new motorized sandbag machine. This machine will allow service members to fortify Camp Lemonnier more quickly and efficiently. CLDJ serves as an expeditionary base for U.S. military forces providing support to ships, aircraft and personnel that ensure security throughout Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
