Commander’s all-call meetings are a traditional way of leadership connecting with a large portion of the base Airmen, to facilitate direct dialog about successes, addressing problems and looking for solutions in all areas of military life. The annual tour at Yokota provides a way to showcase mission essential areas of the base and for commanders to learn first-hand how Yokota delivers on the PACAF vision of a free and open Indo-Pacific.
