PANAMA CANAL (Nov. 3, 2021) Sailors aboard the U.S. Navy’s newest guided-missile destroyer, the future USS Daniel Inouye, observe Panama City, Panama, while making the transit from the Panama Canal to the Pacific Ocean. Daniel Inouye is making its maiden voyage, transiting to its home port of Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, prior to its commissioning in December.
