    U.S. Air Force Col. Joseph F. Zingaro, incoming commander of the 165th Mission Support Group, Georgia Air National Guard, is presented an eagle award which is a tradition that Maj. Gen. Thomas Grabowski, the commander of the Georgia Air National Guard, has in place for any one who reaches the rank of Colonel.
