U.S. Navy Sailors assigned to Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command, Illinois, Florida and Virginia, attend an orientation tour at the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society in Wenatchee, Washington, Nov. 6, 2021. The animal shelter is a non-profit organization that has its own on-site clinic. Sailors assigned to Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee, Washington, are deployed from Florida, Illinois and Virginia, in support of the continued Department of Defense COVID response operations to help communities in need. U.S. Northern Command, through U.S. Army North, remains committed to providing flexible Department of Defense support to the whole-of-government COVID response.
