Col. Shannon Smith relinquishes command to Col. Chad Kornberg at a change of command ceremony Nov, 7, 2021, Gowen Field, Boise, Idaho. Smith has served as the wing’s commander since May 2019, and is moving on to a position at the Joint Force Headquarters.
