Brig. Gen. Cayle Oberwarth, I Corps Deputy Commanding General for Operations, provides an update, in-flight, to I Corps senior leadership at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, regarding the status of the early entry command post element during their rapid deployment to Guam, Nov. 3, 2021. America’s First Corps deployed four Stryker vehicles and crews to Guam via 62nd Airlift Wing’s C-17 aircraft, testing a new EECP concept and demonstrating joint capability to respond to various situations in the Pacific.
