An 8th Civil Engineer Squadron firefighter and 8th Medical Group medical technician carry a simulated victim to safety during routine training at Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Nov. 1, 2021. The 8th Medical Group supports the 8th Fighter Wing, Kunsan AB, and comprises the 8th Healthcare Operations Squadron (HCOS) and 8th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron (OMRS).
