New U.S. Marines with Charlie Company, 1st Recruit Training Battalion, participate in a motivational run at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, Oct. 28, 2021. The staff of the Recruit Training Regiment ran at the front of the formation wearing red shirts to represent the battalion they lead.
