Airmen, families and civilian employees assigned to the 31st Fighter Wing participate in a Noncombatant Evacuation Operations drill at Aviano Air Base, Italy, Oct. 25, 2021. A NEO is the ordered or authorized departure of civilian noncombatant and nonessential military personnel from danger in an overseas country to a designated safe haven.
