YOKOSUKA, Japan (Oct. 13, 2021) – Sailors assigned to U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) perform planks during a physical readiness test (PRT) held at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka Purdy Fitness Center, Oct. 13, 2021. The PRT uses pushups, planks, and cardio to measure a Sailor’s muscular endurance and aerobic capacity. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region.
