NAVAL BASE GUAM (Oct. 14, 2021) - Firefighters from U.S. Naval Base Guam’s Fire and Emergency Services participated in rappelling training at the Explosive Ordnance Disposal compound. The Rescue Technician Course is being taught by instructors from Bucks County Community College and will qualify 18 NBG FES personnel once the course is completed.
