Sailors, Soldiers, Airmen and their families with AFN Atlantic Regional Media Center celebrated the 246th birthday of the United States Navy at Sembach, Germ., Oct. 13, 2021. The event served as a chance to honor the rich Navy history and celebrate the men and women who have served their country. The Navy theme this year is “Resilient and Ready,” which speaks to the Navy’s history of rising above the most challenging crises, such as the loss of a ship or a global pandemic, and still maintain force lethality and preparedness.
