Julian Mora Garzon, an explosive ordnance disposal technician with EOD, Marine Corps Base Camp Butler, lays tripwire to remove a simulated vehicle-borne improvised explosive device during Constant Vigilance on Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan, Oct. 19, 2021. After a visual confirmation of a simulated vehicle-borne improvised explosive device, Security Guard Force, Camp Courtney, and MCBB EOD conducted response measures to include detainee handling, EOD robotics techniques, and vehicle inspection procedures.
