Nakoa Ibaan, from the Hawaii Army National Guard, goes through pre-flight checks on an RQ-11B Raven during the New Jersey National Guard's 254th Regional Training Institute Raven course 22-01 on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., Oct. 20, 2021. The RQ-11B Raven small unmanned aircraft system provides real-time direct intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) and target information for Soldiers.
