U.S. Army Soldiers from 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division, “Spartan Brigade,” conduct rappel training, as Indian Army Soldiers from 7th Battalion, The Madras Regiment, “Shandaar Saath,” help ensure they safely descend Oct 20 as a part of Yudh Abhyas 21 on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. Yudh Abhyas is a bilateral training exercise aimed at improving the combined interoperability of the Indian army and U.S. Army Alaska to increase partner capacity for conventional, complex and future contingencies throughout the Indo-Pacific region.
