U.S. Marine Corps Chief Warrant Officer 5 Michael Gaydeski, the officer in charge for Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), goes over standard operating procedures with EOD technicians during a practice event at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, North Carolina, Aug. 12, 2021. This range was held to help Cherry Point’s EOD technicians prepare for the 2021 MCAS Cherry Point Air Show and the “Wall of Fire” display. The 2021 MCAS Air Show scheduled for Sept. 25-26, will give guests the opportunity to see a wide variety of modern and historic aircraft, vehicles and military equipment up close and personal.
