Army Gen. Stephen R. Lyons passes the command guidon to Air Force Gen. Jacqueline D. Van Ovost as she takes over as new commander of U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., Oct. 15, 2021.
