Brian Pazzaglia, deputy commander, Joint Special Operations Task Force – Somalia, signs his name on the Collaborative Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti and Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Policy, Oct. 14, 2021. CLDJ serves as an expeditionary base for U.S. military forces providing support to ships, aircraft and personnel that ensure security throughout Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
