U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Andrew Hornick, 35th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron APG section chief, presents a coin given to him by Command Chief Master Sgt. Wendell Snider, U.S. Forces Japan senior enlisted leader, at Misawa Air Base, Japan, Oct. 7, 2021. During his visit, Snider recognized Hornick for managing and validating all training requirements for 64 personnel, eliminating inefficient manpower utilization for three career fields.
