Mr. David Eastham, 10th Air Force process manager, provides continuous process improvement training to a 301st Fighter Wing Airman at U.S. Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth, Texas on Oct. 8, 2021. The Air Force Reserve Command CPI mission is to accelerate change by amplifying the relevance of CPI across AFRC. One tool that process managers use for training is the CPI concept map, that senior leaders and directors use to illustrate process improvement goals and meet commander’s intent for the program.
