FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. -- Tennessee National Guard Soldier, Spc. Marlene Rafferty who is currently attached to the Fort Campbell Soldier Recovery Unit speaks with USO Transition Specialist Jennifer Hilker about transition assistance programs available from the USO. The SRU hosted a Resource Fair so Soldiers and civilian staff within the SRU formation could learn more about the secondary services available to them on the installation as part of their individual recovery care plan. The SRU provides personalized support to wounded, ill and injured Soldiers who require at least six months of rehabilitative care and complex medical management.
