LOPBURI, Thailand — A U.S. Army Green Beret with 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne) stands beside his Royal Thai Army counterpart during the closing ceremony for Balance Torch 21 at Camp, Oct 4, 2021. Balance Torch 21 is an important exercise that provides an opportunity for U.S. Special Operation Forces to maintain readiness and interoperability with the Royal Thai Army.
